OUR STORE POLICIES

We know how important it is for both customer and merchant to be clear about things like shipping, returns and exchanges. Our store policies detailed below have been developed in line with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines and industry standards.

RETURNS POLICY

Workshops

  • Where classes are impacted by COVID-19 outbreaks and have had to be rescheduled to a future date, your purchased ticket will be valid for the rescheduled workshop. If you cannot attend the new date, please get in touch and we will arrange a credit which can be used to purchase ready-made pieces, commission and customised items as well as future workshops.

  • If you are unable to attend a workshop due to illness or having been in a declared hotspot and required to self-isolate, you must provide at least 24 hours notice for us to be able to offer you a credit which can be used to purchase ready-made pieces, commission and customised items as well as future workshops. For the safety of all workshop participants, any patrons who attend class with cold or flu symptoms will be turned away immediately without refund.


Ready-Made Pieces

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, however we welcome returns for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days if the item is faulty. In these cases, please contact us to make suitable arrangements.

  • We are unable to offer returns for ‘sale’ products, customised items or pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.


Store credits are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Domestic Shipping

  • Given the valuable nature of your purchase, all parcels are shipped express with extra cover and signature upon delivery through Australia Post.

  • Your order will be dispatched within two business days at which time you will receive an email with your tracking number.

International Shipping

  • International orders may attract customs duties & taxes by local customs authorities outside of our control.

  • Your order will be dispatched within two business days at which time you will receive an email with your tracking number.


Luxe Collection

  • Free domestic and international shipping is offered for all Luxe Collection purchases.
